Utility Billing
Water and sewer utility services are billed on a monthly basis. Meters are read at the end of each month and utility bills are processed and mailed to customers the first week of the following month. Utility bills must be paid by the last day of each month to avoid the $5 late fee. If you would like to become a direct pay customer, please complete the following direct payment form and submit it to City Hall.
Any changes to a customer's utility account must be requested by the property owner.
The City requires a 24 hour notice for water disconnections and re-connections.
