West Grove Townhomes consist of eight units incorporated into three separate buildings. The homes consist of four 1-bedroom units and four 2-bedroom units. One unit is fully handicapped accessible. Each townhome has an attached garage, patio, and spacious living area. Appliances include cook top stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, range hood, washer, dryer, and carpet and vinyl throughout. Your maintenance, lawn care, and snow removal will be taken care of by the Housing Authority. Income, occupancy, and age limits apply.

All projects of the Housing Authority are located within a four to five block distance from downtown Pequot Lakes, stores, banks and the school.
